Suzuki named CHL Top Sportsman

Nick Suzuki is the Canadian Hockey League’s top sportsman.

Suzuki was named the CHL’s BRP Sportsman of the Year after recording 45 goals and 51 assists and a plus-51 rating while recording just 10 minutes in penalties in 65 games played for the Owen Sound Attack this season.

The 17-year-old, 19th in Future Considerations’ final ranking for the 2017 NHL Draft, also helped the Attack secure franchise best marks of 49 wins and 102 points this season.
