Brayden Tracey had himself a productive month.

He was rewarded appropriately.

Tracey, eligible for the 2019 NHL Draft, was named Western Hockey League player of the month for February.

The 17-year-old led the Moose Jaw Warriors — and the WHL — in scoring during the calendar month, recording 26 points (12 goals, 14 assists) in 13 games. Tracey had points in 11 of 13 games played.

Tracey had seven multi-point games in the month, including the first four-point game of his WHL career. The 6-foot, 175-pound forward also had five three-point games, and two two-point games.

He was twice named the first star of the game, once as the second star, and once as the third star.

Tracey leads the WHL and Candian Hockey League in rookie scoring with 73 points (31 goals, 42 assists) in 59 games.
