Aaron Vickers2016 Draft Center

With the 15th overall selection in the National Hockey League Draft, Future Considerations selects…

Jordan Eberle.

Only three players from the 2008 NHL Entry Draft class have recorded more points and just Steven Stamkos has more goals than Eberle, who was selected 22nd overall by the Edmonton Oilers.

As impressive as his production is, the former Regina Pats standout has an incredible international resume since being drafted that features back-to-back World Junior Championship appearances, earning World Junior MVP in his second year before participating at the World Championship in 2010, the first of four consecutive appearances at the tournament.
