Though things are status quo up top in Future Considerations’ April Ranking, the Knights are on the move.

While the top-5 remains unchanged with Seth Jones holding down the top spot followed by Halifax Mooseheads teammates Nathan MacKinnon and Jonathan Drouin and Tappara center Aleksander Barkov, three key members of the London Knights’ Memorial Cup drive have seen their stocks rise with some key playoff performances.

Ranked 12th a month ago, Max Domi has jumped into top-10 consideration and into ninth, bumping Hunter Shinkaruk of the Medicine Hat Tigers down.

Nikita Zadorov, who has flirted with top-10 status throughout the year, has also seen his stock rise.

The 6-foot-5, 225-pound blueliner has jumped a pair of spots and into 11th overall after sitting at 13 in March and continues to bull his way closer to being recognized as the draft’s top defenseman after Jones.

Rounding out the rising Knights is Bo Horvat, sliding into the top-20 for the first time this season.

Players from London aren’t the only to see a bump. Russian Valeri Nichushkin jumped from eight to six, Alexander Wennberg from 15 to 12, Curtis Lazar of the Edmonton Oil Kings from 22 to 17 and JT Compher from 27 to 21.
