The NHL Draft is coming to Buffalo.

The Buffalo Sabres will host the 2016 NHL Draft at First Niagara Center, the National Hockey League announced Monday.

It is the third time the Sabres and the city of Buffalo have hosted the event. Buffalo played host when Eric Lindros was selected first overall by the Quebec Nordiques in 1991 and again in 1998 when the Tampa Bay Lightning selected Vincent Lecavalier with the top pick.

The draft will be held over two days, Friday, June 24th and Saturday, June 25th.
