CALGARY, AB – Future Considerations Hockey today announced Connor McDavid of the Erie Otters as the Pacific4 Sports Management draft eligible Forward of the month for February.
McDavid had a dominating month in the Ontario Hockey League, recording 13 goals and 33 points in just 12 games played. The 18-year-old had 11 multi-point games and in six games recorded three or more points.
Despite just playing 40 games this season, McDavid sits third in OHL scoring with 107 points.
He has held the top spot at Future Considerations since the Preliminary ranking was released last May.
Also considered for the award was Jansen Harkins of the Prince George Cougars. Harkins had two goals and 17 points in 10 Western Hockey League games.
