Zary, Jarvis named to WHL’s Western All-Star Team

Connor Zary and Seth Jarvis, both eligible for the 2020 NHL Draft, have been named to the Western Hockey League’s Western Conference First All-Star Team, the league announced Tuesday.

Zary, No. 13 in Future Considerations’ Spring ranking for the 2020 NHL Draft, was tied for fourth among Western Conference skaters in scoring with a WHL career-high 86 points 938 goals, 48 assists) in 57 games. He was tied for fifth in goals among WHL skaters, and had eight multi-goal games, including two hat-tricks.

Zary, the top-ranked WHL skater for the 2020 NHL Draft, has 182 points (73 goals, 109 assists) in 188 WHL regular-season games.

Jarvis, ranked 16th, ranked second in league scoring with a WHL career-high 98 points (42 goals, 56 assists) in 58 games played and third in goals scored. Jarvis recorded a five-point outing on three separate occasions during the season.

Jarvis has 139 points (58 goals, 81 assists) in 130 WHL regular-season games.
