Sweden will turn to five returning players in hopes of improving on their fourth place finish at the World Junior Championship a year ago.

Defensemen John Klingberg and Patrik Nemeth and forwards Rickard Rackell, Johan Sundstrom and Max Friberg will be back for Sweden, who fell 4-2 in the bronze medal game to the Americans in Buffalo.

The team will also be bolstered by some top talent from the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. Along with Rackell, Jonas Brodin, Oscar Klefbom and Mika Zibanejad have also been named to the team. All four were taken in the first round of June’s draft. Victor Rask, selected in the second round, was also named to the team.

Scouts will also get a strong look at some talent available for the 2012 draft.

Filip Forsberg, Sebastien Collberg and Pontus Aberg will all represent the Tre Kronor. All three are projected first round picks at the 2012 draft in Pittsburgh.
