With the 24th overall selection in the National Hockey League Draft, Future Considerations selects…

…Jacob Markstrom.

Markstrom is on the verge of emerging for the Florida Panthers and will content for significant crease time next season. The 23-year-old acquainted himself well with the NHL last season, skating in 23 games and recording a 3.22 goals against average and .901 save percentage on the league’s worst team.
