Adam is a versatile power forward type as he can play both center and wing. He is blessed with a big body and uses his strength effectively. He has good offensive skills including soft hands, a nice shot which he gets off quickly and good hockey sense. He uses his strength well to protect the puck, work the corners and drive to the net. He is smart, has a strong hockey sense, anticipates offensive chances well and is also defensive responsible. Despite his size and strength advantage he does not often participate in the rough stuff but will dish out a big hit now and then. The big prospect has good leadership qualities and knows how to best utilize his line-mates. From the blue line in he is a bull in a china shop, hard to knock off the puck and able to get his shot off quickly and without much room. (May 2008)
