Mumaugh named Double Blue Sports Goaltender of the Month

CALGARY, AB – Future Considerations today announced Danny Mumaugh of the Seattle Thunderbirds as the Double Blue Sports draft eligible Goaltender of the Month for December.

Mumaugh, a product of Centennial, CO, had an impressive month in the Western Hockey League for the Thunderbirds. The 5-foot-10, 179-pound goaltender started six games and went 4-0-1 with a 2.80 goals against average and .914 save percentage. He allowed two or fewer goals in four of his six games, too.

For the second straight month, Alex Nedeljkovic of the Plymouth Whalers was also considered for the award. Nedeljkovic, who was Future Considerations’ Goaltender of the Month for September, was 2-5-1 with a 3.24 goals against average and .914 save percentage.
