Future Considerations is pleased to announce the addition of Canadian junior hockey icon Peter Loubardias to its roster.

Loubardias immediately joins the FC staff in an editorial capacity.

“We are extremely pleased to bring Peter into the fold at Future Considerations,” managing editor Aaron Vickers said. “There isn’t a person who loves junior hockey more than Peter and we’re both proud and honoured that he has chosen to join our staff.”

Loubardias brings an impressive resume to Future Considerations.

The Saskatoon, SK. native has over 25 years of Canadian junior hockey experience, including serving as Sportsnet’s play-by-play commentator for the Canadian Hockey League and Memorial Cup Championship. More recently, Loubardias served as the voice of the Calgary Flames on Sportsnet.

The Western Academy Broadcasting College alumnus was also one of the play-by-play voices for men’s hockey at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
