CALGARY, AB – Future Considerations Hockey today announced Connor Ingram of the Kamloops Blazers as the Double Blue 360 draft eligible Goaltender of the month for January.

Ingram put together a 7-1-0-1 record for the Blazers in January alongside a 2.30 goals against average and .929 save percentage.

“Ingram has had a very strong season with the Blazers this year and his outstanding numbers in January are a reflection of his hard work and development from the start of the year,” said Zenon Herasymiuk, Future Considerations’ head WHL scout. “It is not easy being a rookie WHL goalie, but Ingram has passed with flying colors. Future Considerations’ scouts have been impressed with his composure and improving technical skills.”

The 17-year-old Imperial, SK native has a 3.01 goals against average and .902 save percentage in 34 games this season.

Also considered for the award was Samuel Montembeault of the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada. Montembeault went 7-2-0 with a 2.67 goals against average and .892 save percentage.
