Future Considerations announced today that Louis-Philip Guindon of the Drummondville Voltigeurs has been named draft eligible Goaltender of the Month for February.

Guindon turned in an impressive February with a 6-2 record with a 2.49 goals against average and .907 save percentage. The 17-year-old also had shutouts in three of his last four games to close out the month.

In all, the Montreal, QC product has a 24-13-1-1 record this season with a 3.08 goals against average and .887 save percentage.

For his efforts, Guindon has been named FC’s draft eligible Goaltender of the Month for February.

Also considered for the honour was Zachary Fucale of the Halifax Mooseheads. Fucale, FC’s draft eligible Goaltender of the Month in December, won all seven starts while posting a 2.24 goals against average and .924 save percentage in February.
