Forty named to USHL Top Prospects Roster

The 40 players set to attend the USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game have been revealed.

Led by leading scorer Taylor Cammarata of the Waterloo Black Hawks, the game will feature the brightest contributions to the 2013 NHL Draft from the United States Hockey League.

A total of 27 players selected are in their first year of eligibility for the NHL Draft, including forwards Brendan Harms and Gabe Guertler of the Fargo Force, Ross Olsson and Luke Johnson of the Lincoln Stars and Muskegon Lumberjacks forward Frederik Tiffels, who is currently representing Germany at the World Junior Championship.

Michael Downing of the Dubuque Fighting Saints and Ian McCoshen of the Waterloo Black Hawks will also be featured.

The 40 players chosen will  be divided into two teams for the game and will be announced at a later date.
