Team USA will have seven returning players in their lineup when they take to the ice Boxing Day at the World Junior Championship.

Goaltender Jack Campbell, along with defensemen Derek Forbort, Jon Merrill and forwards Nick Bjugstad, Charlie Coyle, Emerson Etem and Jason Zucker will all look to improve upon the Americans bronze-medal finish in 2011.

For Campbell and Zucker, it will be their third consecutive tournament dating back to a gold medal win in 2010 at Saskatoon.

The team is comprised of seven former first round picks and eight second round picks. Defenseman Jacob Trouba, who isn’t eligible until the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, is expected to be a first rounder this June. Seth Jones, eligible in 2013, was forced out of the selection process due to an injury suffered in a pre-tournament game against Russia.

The team was selected after a 7-3 victory over Switzerland in exhibition action Wednesday.
