Ryan Pulock and Hunter Shinkaruk have been added to Canada’s entry at the World Under-18 Championship, according to Sportsnet’s Patrick King.

The duo could represent the first two WHLers taken in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft and became available after Shinkaruk’s Medicine Hat Tigers and Pulock’s Brandon Wheat Kings were eliminated from the playoffs.

In 66 games this season, Shinkaruk had 49 goals and 91 points. He added two goals and 10 points in seven playoff games for the Tigers. Pulock, on the other hand, was third in scoring amongst WHL defensemen with 19 goals and 60 points in 71 games.

Canada has room to add another forward to their roster.
