Lagace skates with a choppy stride but gets to were he needs to go. He is willing to go into traffic, drive the net and stand in front while his teammates take shots. He has good hands in close and plays without fear. Lagace needs to play the game with more consistency. He needs to continue to work hard. His size might scare teams off but the size of his heart will also draw some to him. (May 2008)
