His vision and smarts is what make him special…is a good compliment to a scorer with his playmaking abilities…his hands are quick and he protects the puck well in traffic…can score as well as pass…is defensively aware at all times and drives back into his zone shadowing his mark…is deceptively strong and has good balance…is a leader. A sluggish skater with slow feet…he has a tendency to over handle the puck…he needs good  players around him to be successful…no physical element in his game. (May 2009)
