Henry nets WHL Player of the Week award

Nick Henry broke out in a big way and got rewarded for his efforts.

Henry netted three goals and seven assists in four games to earn Western Hockey League Player of the Week honors.

The 2017 NHL Draft eligible had an assist to help the Regina Pats to a 3-2 overtime win against the Prince Albert Raiders last Monday. Henry added a goal and an assist in a 4-1 win at the Saskatoon Blades on Wednesday, and exploded for three assists and four points in a 7-0 win versus the Swift Current Broncos on Friday. He added a goal and two assists in a overtime loss at Swift Current on Sunday.

The 17-year-old is first in rookie scoring in the WHL with 31 goals and 74 points in 61 games.
