CALGARY, AB – Connor McDavid of the Erie Otters continues to top Future Considerations’ ranking for the 2015 NHL Draft presented by FASTHockey.
McDavid, who also topped both Future Considerations’ preliminary, October and November rankings, continues to be the most desirable prospect in 2015 despite missing the past month after he fractured the fifth metacarpal on his right hand. That hasn’t discouraged, though, and McDavid will return in time to represent Canada at the World Junior Championship.
Both Boston University’s Jack Eichel and Noah Hanifin of Boston College will represent the United States in the same tournament. They both remain second and third respectively in the ranking as they have all season long.
Farjestad’s Oliver Kylington. Dylan Strome, McDavid’s teammate in Erie, round out the top end of Future Cosniderations’ December ranking for the 2015 NHL Draft.
