The 2013 National Hockey League Draft had a home. Now it has a date and time.
According to Renaud Lavoie of RDSand Darren Dreger of TSN, the draft will be held in its entirety on Sunday, June 30th at the Prudential Center in New Jersey, with seven rounds set for action in an all-day affair. Historically, the draft has taken place on a Friday/Saturday split since moving to a two-day format.
A draft lottery will be held April 29th to determine the selection order of non-playoff bound teams. All 14 teams not in a playoff position will have a shot at selecting first overall.
